Reservation Policy
A reservation is considered final only after a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount has been received.
The remaining 75% must be paid no later than four weeks before arrival.
For bookings made within 8 weeks prior to arrival, Dimora di Dante will determine the payment deadline for the full rental amount.
Once a reservation is made, the full amount is owed to Dimora di Dante

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Dimora di Dante.
The cancellation becomes effective on the date we receive your written notice.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Additionally, a €25 administrative fee will be charged.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

- Up to 42 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
- Between 42 and 28 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
- Between 28 and 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
- From 6 days before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total amount
